“ Classic American grub in a prime location in RIO. Really nice seats with a view of the water. I got the chicken sandwich sliders and the chicken was very crispy as were the fries. The ambience was really nice with a large spacious seating area indoor and outdoor. It gives a classic modern feel with very nice service. Would definitely come back again and try something new. ”

“ 2024 Beautiful environment and lovely atmosphere. Me and my mate sat outside of the dining area looking out at the lake. The ceiling heaters were great throughout the area we were sitting. This was our first time at this restaurant and we enjoyed it. The entrance has a nice enclosed fireplace which is so beautiful entering and exiting the restaurant. And the main dining area, there is nice, big black piano. That would be nice to hear someone tickle the ivories while we had lunch. Our waitress was super informative about what food the restaurant had to offer. All of our food was delicious and served well. Decent wine selection. Exceptional service Cindy! Thank you so much! As we are in the entry to the second set of doors of the restaurant, a wait staff (from inside)open the door to welcome us in. We sat at the bar and a bartender soon approached to ask if we wanted to order any drinks. We didn’t wait long on our takeout. Nice first time online order experience. ”

“ Our first time here, for a family meal. I like that they take reservations and we were seated promptly. Our server, Jackie J, was lovely, friendly, and attentive even though it got busy. Everyone enjoyed their meals, we had salmon, sushi, ribs, pot pie and chicken sandwich. The ribs were excellent, literally fall off the bone. Everything was tasty. We would love to go back. Free parking is easy and walking around the lake before our meal added to a fun and relaxing evening out. ”

“ I have been here several times, and they really do make the food from scratch. In our opinion, the KEY LIME PIE is the best we have ever had - and better than anything we had in the Florida keys. This is because it's usually sour with a note of sweetness, but somehow Copper Canyon makes it predominantly sweet with an overtone of sourness. The graham cracker crust is extremely thick, slightly "caramelized", and the best I have ever had. And the whipped cream on top is homemade: completely 100% different from anything out of a can. I was shocked - what place makes its own whipped cream?!? The chicken pot pie was as good as homemade. The crust was actually much better than the homemade ones I have had. Crust makes or breaks most things, so the attention to detail was extremely refreshing. The staff couldn't be nicer. Forget all the big chains around and head here! ”

“ Same restaurant group that owns Stanford Grill. Menu is almost identical to Stanford Grill which is a good thing. They recently renovated the patio area and it’s a great spot. I recommend getting a table there. I really like their Grilled rainbow trout, and crispy chicken sandwich. Save room for dessert, their bread pudding is so good. ”

“ I just realized I've been coming to Copper Canyon for a while and have yet to leave a review. Time to fix that! This place consistently delivers excellent food, a great ambiance, and top-notch service. Most of my visits are at the bar, where the bartenders always provide exceptional service—shoutout to them for making each experience enjoyable. This past visit was a dinner with my business partner, but it turned into a mix of casual conversation rather than strict business, which was perfect for the vibe here. We started the evening with some excellent cocktails—a Gin Martini (extra dirty with blue cheese olives) and a couple of Old Fashioned. For appetizers, we shared Calamari Fritti and Fiesta Rolls. For mains, we both opted for the specials that night: I had the Bone-In NY Strip Steak with green beans and creamy mashed potatoes, while he went for the Porterhouse. To pair with the meal, we chose a bottle of "Justin" Cabernet Sauvignon, and for dessert, We finished with a neat pour of Macallan 12. It was the perfect way to cap off an excellent dinner. I’ve added a few pictures from this visit and even from some of my previous ones to show how Copper Canyon keeps delivering on all fronts. This is a spot I’ll happily keep returning to. Highly recommend for a casual night out, a business dinner, or just because you’re in the mood for quality food and drinks! ”

“ Had lunch with a friend on a Friday afternoon and everything was great. The new floating dining area on the lake is super stable and adds a relaxing, upscale vibe. I thought I was in Miami or something We started with calamari ; crispy and well done , then I had a fresh salad with warm cornbread on the side. Solid flavors all around. Also we had non alcoholic cocktails which were very great. Our server, Nayeli, was fantastic ,attentive, friendly, and on point. Great food, top-notch service, and a unique lakeside experience. Highly recommend. ”
